Frozen Strawberry Daiquiri

Ingredients for 1 portion.

    5 cl Finest Call ( Peach - babanane, Strawberry etc)
    5 cl Brewdog 500 Cuts Spiced Rum
    1 cup of ice cubes (more than the size of the glass you will be serving the cocktail in)

Equipment

Blender / mixer
Cocktail glass

Preparation

Pour the Finest Call and rum, and ice cubes (crushed ice works too) into a blender.

Add a tiny bit of water

Blend on low speed for a few seconds and then gradually increase speed until the mixture becomes smooth.

Pour into a cocktail glass, cut a straw in half and garnish with a slice of lime and a mint leaf. It's up to you to let your creativity run wild!
